# Introduction to the booking flow

Partners are expected to implement two different workflows for the booking flow, based on the type of activity:

* A booking flow where selecting a **pickup point** is a mandatory step.
* A booking flow with **no pickup points**.


In both cases, the process starts with searching the catalog's available activities and ends with retrieving vouchers.
